Acoording to the CI logs, we have started three DataNodes at 09:12:42, but if
we dive into the logs of each DataNode, we can find that they were started up
at about 09:12:49.

And even though we can tell from the IT result that it's set up failed which
means we can't connect to some dataNodes. However, we can see from logs of each
DataNode, all of them has been connected successfully, difference is that
connection time for the middle node is a little bit later.
