现在看重启还是会无法写入数据：
IoTDB> insert into root.sg.d(time,s1,s2,s3) values(2,1,2,3);
Msg: 500: [INTERNAL_SERVER_ERROR(500)] Exception occurred: "insert into
root.sg.d(time,s1,s2,s3) values(2,1,2,3)". executeStatement failed. error code:
TSStatus(code:411, message:Fragment cannot be dispatched,
redirectNode:TEndPoint(ip:172.20.70.22, port:6667))
