Create users user01 and user02, and then grant the list_user permission to
user01. User01 executes to view the list of roles owned by user02.
In postman, executing SQL "{color:#0451a5}LIST ALL ROLE OF USER user02;{color}"
reported error, but in CLI can query role list.
