TsFileRewriteTool only supports rewriting complete tsfile to IoTDB. If we want
to load good chunks from a broken TsFile, RewriteTool does not support this
feature. This feature can be used to restore as much data as possible from
TsFiles that have been corrupted by accident (write errors, disk corruption,
etc.).
