1、原来的日志文件名要改一下。改成index（没写一次index加1）。
2、生成快照的逻辑准备加到原来写逻辑的后面，就是判断当前index和快照的index文件名是否差了40W，如果超了40W就会生成。
3、启动的时候先执行快照文件，再执行写文件逻辑。
