[UDF]develop UDF class with Object transform(Row row) and
RowByRowAccessStrategy, output nothing.

no error message, no log in data nodes.
In the java doc, this method required MappableRowByRowAccessStrategy, but if
the user do the wrong things, we should give a proper response.
