when user want to upgrade from 0.13 to 1.0, all path including '-' is not
allowed in 1.0 grammar, so they can not upgrade simply by loading all tsfile.
We want to replace all '-' with '`-`', so the path in 0.13 iotdb can be created
in 1.0.
