There should be an access to active and deactive a template in java native API
问题：
template 的生命周期：“创建”、“挂载”、“激活”、“解除”、“卸载”、和“删除”
java 原生接口(session)中没有“激活”(active)、“解除”(deactive)两种状态的接口函数
应该有。
