We found the number of files grew rapidly, and the task number of inner and
cross are reach the peak 1024.

分布式长测环境 27号更新master代码启动后运行到29凌晨发现文件数突然增长速度加快（多的文件是乱序文件，同时看到inner合并任务堆积）
