After the Ratis version is upgraded, the write performance of the IoTDB cluster
deteriorates
Reproduce Steps:
1.Setup a cluster with 3C3D (schema=>ratis；data=>IoT)
2.Using Benchmark to write data.
Get test result like below picture:
