Pipe can transfer 3 types of data:
# TsFile
# InsertNode
# Tablet
We can infer if a device is aligned from TsFile and InsertNode, but Tablet
doesn't contain this message. Currently, we just see all tablets as non-aligned
tablets in pipe receiver, leading to metadata inconsistency when piping data.
