The latency of the current pipe processor execution model is determined by two
things: the number of pipes created by the user and the number of data regions
involved in each pipe.
When the current pipe processor execution model encounters massive processor
subtasks, it will be unable to schedule in time, and users will find that the
real-time written data can not be processed in time.
