Currently, only events that extends EnrichedEvent can report progresses and
failures, but PipeRawTabletInsertionEvent does not extend EnrichedEvent, which
may lose data when failure occurs. This PR makes PipeRawTabletInsertionEvent
extend EnrichedEvent to enable reporting progresses and failures.
