using the data in the attachment and runing a 1D1D IoTDB, then execute the 
following sql:

```

select M4(t21,’timeInterval'='2000000000'),M4(t10,’timeInterval'='2000000000') 
fronroot.ZYJ_test.test where time<=1690882738999999999 and 
time>=1690882708000000000

```
