- Solve some trivial deprecation warning linked to the use SMono.raiseError
- Avoid filling up stacktraces when reactor do not encouter the error case
- Fully reactive MessageIdManager::setInMailboxesReactive (Yes !!!)
Along the way I enforced the use of interfaces for UidProvider,
ModSeqProvider and ACLMapper down in `mailbox/cassandra` meaning that
implementors of tailor-made servers can trivially override it as need be....
