Ok, then apparently
- 1. there seems there is not really `WWW-Authenticate` challenge for OIDC
(soooo sad)
- 2. there is an OIDC spec for discovery:
https://openid.net/specs/openid-connect-discovery-1_0.html
So...
I will add a note that ID provider discovery is not in the scope of the
example.
