To pass the ci test, I tried to add a custom configuration to rspamd, which will decrease the "reject" action score. (15->14). Then replace the `spam1.eml` with `spam8.eml`, which has more spam score. Green on my local let's wait for james ci  -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
