Unexpectedly if SoftLayerOrderItemDuplicateException extends RuntimeException
(as we agreed) rather than IllegalStateException, the final result is not the
same because of Throwables2.propagateIfPossible impl.
Going to reopen also 373 to fix 1.6.3 first
