Use JClouds version 1.6.2-incubating and generate the PUT and GET tempurl, the
temp_url_signature has some issue and always fails with "401 unauthorized temp
url" error.
Usually the tempurl signature format is
<projectid>:<accesskey>:<encodedsignature>
