Flex Images on Softlayer are the equivalent of AMIs on Amazon EC2. It's not
currently possible to provision a node based on a Flex Image on Softlayer using
jclouds. The jclouds listImages() command does not return any Flex Images on
softlayer.
Since provisioning a node using an imageId is part of the jclouds Compute API,
and Softlayer is a supported provider, it is reasonable to provide this
capability as part of the API.
