It would be really cool to create a Web UI interface to jclouds to allow users
to manage credentials, compute instances, and blobstores. This would be
similar to the provider-specific portals that AWS and others offer. We could
implement this a number of different ways, e.g., GAE, Sinatra/JRuby, etc.
