[~malinthaa] Google does not offer a free tier for Google Cloud Storage, only
Google AppEngine. However, the costs for functional testing are quite
inexpensive: US$0.01 per 1,000 operations. If a GSoC matches a student with
jclouds this summer we can provide free accounts for testing.
