We have the use case
before the initScript runs we need to add the new vm's public ip address to our
firewall allowing the initScript to download some required assets.
This is as part of a jenkins slave creation through the jenkins jclouds plugin.
our proposal is to add an InitPredicate to thet TemplateOption that gets
called before iniScript does.
