No I think in the end you're right. I guess from my POV I was expecting to see it being declared as being thrown from somewhere. Digging through I see it being thrown from inside FutureIterables.transformParallel, and I do understand it's a RuntimeException, but some documentation as to say what could possibly be thrown from method a,b,c is I guess what I was looking and/or advocating for.
