The CloudStack integration uses the security group id (see
CloudStackTemplateOptions.securityGroupId). The generic feature of
TemplateOptions.securityGroup (which expects a name) is not used in
CloudStackComputeServiceAdapter.
I'd have expected CloudStack integration to work the same way as other cloud
providers through jclouds - i.e. to be able to pass the security group names.
