The CloudSigma v1 API has been retired and now the only offering is its version
2. The cloudsigma provider should be removed from the main repo, and
communicate that the cloudsigma2 provider in labs should be used instead.
We should also consider renaming the CloudSigma2 in labs to CloudSigma.
