PS: I've also configured the Violations settings for the PR builder to use the 
new Zero Tolerance policy ;-)

This won't affect local builds, obviously, but should make it much easier to 
catch Checkstyle violations during PR reviews. Especially since we don't have 
many spurious test failures for the labs-openstack repo...so a failed PR build 
should _really_ prompt a closer look ;-)

With that, you may decide you don't immediately need to merge this after all.
