{{BaseBlobIntegrationTest.createData}} uses a subset of file names when running
under Windows. This was an incorrect fix for JCLOUDS-332 which should have
only applied to the filesystem provider, not all providers. Unfortunately this
is not obvious to fix; overriding {{createData}} in
{{FilesystemBlobIntegrationTest}} does not provide the subclass with the
correct test inputs.
