Fix Version/s: 1.8.1
The Rackspace First-Gen Cloud Servers Product is deprecated and the APIs have
been annotated accordingly. The API and providers will be removed in jclouds
2.0 and will not need to be unasynced. The removal is being tracked in
[JCLOUDS-716|https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/JCLOUDS-716]
