Summary: Inconsistent Maven artifact IDs in jclouds-cli project

The {{jclouds-cli}} POM defines the top level group as
{{org.apache.jclouds.cli}} and the artifact IDs as:
- branding
- runner
- jclouds-cli-assembly
The branding artifact should be renamed to {{jclouds-cli-branding}} and the
runner artifact should be renamed to {{jclouds-cli-runner}} for consistency.
