There are many gaps in the jclouds coverage of the latest CloudStack 4.x API
[1].
The list below is *not* exhaustive. Missing APIs include:
* the entire API for:
** VPN
** AutoScale
** VPC
** Network ACL
** Affinity group
** User
** Resource tags
** Nic
** Resource metadata
** Cloud identifier
** API Discovery
* parts of the API for:
** org.jclouds.cloudstack.features.LoadBalancerApi, such as
createLBStickinessPolicy, uploadSslCert, etc
** org.jclouds.cloudstack.features.VirtualMachineApi, such as
restoreVirtualMachine, scaleVirtualMachine, addNicToVirtualMachine
