apis/vcloud covers an ancient version of vcloud which may not be running
anywhere anymore (v1.0)
While there is debate about what version our vcloud-director should be at, it
is currently usable in environments such as bluelock, provided we get it out
the door.
There are a number of complexities we should eliminate before promoting it
because currently, the maintenance is extremely high.
Here are the first, and most important 2 for the long term health.
* absorb dmtf into vcloud-director (it is only used here anyway and the extra
module helps us not.)
* extract entity resolver cache so that we don't have to duplicate, and
maintain duplication of all api methods for args String, URI
