This PR is an example of cruft propagation, particularly useless javadoc. Also, when we know that we have a replacement for manually maintaining META-INF/services, you should feel a duty to jclouds to stop propagating that. Committers should propagate good behavior especially in labs. OpenStack has a bad history of not cleaning up things.
