Sorry for the mess but I have to comply with our open source contributing policy.
Our lawyers are saying that the full text of the license must be in the source repository as described [here](http://www.apache.org/dev/apply-license.html#new). Furthermore our lawyer said that I will not be able to continue contributing (which I would like to do!) until the full text license is added.
