We should automate all the blobstore integration tests since Atmos, Azure,
Google Cloud Storage, and Rackspace Cloudfiles all pass. Amazon S3 still has a
few flaky tests tracked by JCLOUDS-461. [~nacx] says that we already do this
for Rackspace using Cloudbees and just need to expand to other providers. We
may need some additional credentials as well.
