If I'm not wrong there are not remaining important issues to take into account
to get GCE promoted. [~broudy], [~andreaturli] does any of the open issues
labelled 'google-compute-engine' need to be fixed before promoting? If so,
let's add those as subtasks. If not, I'll start working on promoting GCE as
soon as I can.
