GCE was in the jclouds-labs-google repo and is still there in the 1.9.x branch:
https://github.com/jclouds/jclouds-labs-google/tree/1.9.x/google-compute-engine
It has not been moved to avoid a groupId change in a bugfix release, so in
2.0.0 GCE will be in core and in all 1.9.x series it will continue to be in
jclouds-labs-google. All builds, including 1.9.1 when released, should still
work.
