Guice 4 support has been discussed in a couple of mail threads, ending with a
request to create a Jira issue. I couldn't find a Guice 4 issue, so I'm
creating one now.

One of the two problems mentioned in the mails is resolved with JCLOUDS-897 but
the second @Provider problem still remains:
> The @Provides annotation has to be moved from the base method to each
> of the overriding concrete methods.
My specific problem is I'd like to use jclouds and jersey2-guice in the same
project.
