HP announced that it will sunset its public cloud offering on 31 Jan
2016:

We should investigate removing hpcloud-compute and hpcloud-blockstorage support
depending on how HP's private cloud offering evolves. Note that we plan to
remove hpcloud-objectstorage support due to lack of developer interest.
