Currently the Azure signer uses the default expiration instead of honoring the
user-supplied value. After fixing this {{testSignGetUrlWithTime}},
{{testSignGetUrlWithTimeExpired}}, {{testSignPutUrlWithTime}}, and
{{testSignPutUrlWithTimeExpired}} from {{BaseBlobSignerLiveTest}} should
succeed without expected {{UnsupportedOperationException}}. Microsoft
