DigitalOcean supports tagging resources with the [tag
api|https://developers.digitalocean.com/documentation/v2/#tags]. it should be
implemented as an API in the {{digitalocean2}} provider so the ComputeService
implementation can honot the
[TemplateOptions#tags|http://jclouds-javadocs.elasticbeanstalk.com/org/jclouds/compute/options/TemplateOptions.html#tags(java.lang.Iterable)]
option.
