Unfortunately, AFAIK there is no such api method to get the hardware profiles.
We studied time ago using some auto-generated json files we found, but the URLs
were not stable and the contents not complete (they were pricing focused, not a
real list of hardware profiles).
It is very inconvenient, but AFAIK there is no consistent way of getting them
from the API or a public endpoint.
