Ignasi Barrera commented on JCLOUDS-1225:
-----------------------------------------

I'd say not _trivial_, but definitely not complicated. It is a pretty common
shade configuration and there is a working example that can be copy/pasted and
replicated anywhere. Anyone is free to use it, ignore it, or blame us :) The
working example is there.

This said, I also think the reflection approach is a good way to go (I never
said otherwise; just elaborated on my proposal), and the best way to make that
happen is to get it done! We love pull requests, and as I did with the shading
approach, I would be more than happy to help or provide guidance where needed.

> The below classes use com.google.common.base.Objects.ToStringHelper, which
> has been deprecated since Guava 18, and has been removed in Guava 21. This
> makes it impossible to use jclouds in a project using Guava 21. Please either
> upgrade to Guava 18+ and switch to using
> com.google.common.base.MoreObjects.ToStringHelper, or drop the usage of
> ToStringHelper altogether. This will allow my project to upgrade to Guava 21
> without having to use a fork of jclouds.
