introduced in
[6452960|https://github.com/jclouds/jclouds/commit/6452960c72a5f8247acae12481b94cdf9d8e4218]
fails in Windows.
It is not clear whether this is because the test input is not applicable for
jclouds running on Windows, or whether the functionality itself is broken.
