1&1 introduced baremetal servers to their cloud infrastructure, this ticket
adds the support to create both Cloud and Baremetal servers using the compute
adapter.
Users now can pass the hardware flavor name (S,M,L,XL,BMC_L,etc...) to choose
the flavor to create the server
