The {{PowerState}} enum of a {{VirtualMachine}} is missing several statuses
according to:
[https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/java/api/com.microsoft.azure.management.compute._power_state]
This causes an {{UNRECOGNIZED}} state being returned for all those missing
states.
