When creating images using the {{ImageExtension}} the resulting image might not
have the default credentials field populated. This is the responsibility of the
provider code but since jclouds already has strategies to populate default
credentials for each image, it should fallback to those strategies if the
resulting {{Image}} does not have the mandatory default credentials.
