Amazon recently introduced a new set of price-performance-optimized EC2
instance types (m5.*).
M5 instances offer even better price-performance than their predecessors.

Description: As a jclouds client targeting AWS EC2 as one of the deployment
cloud providers, I would like to avail of the newly added m5 instance types
that offer "balance of compute, memory, and networking resources". (was: As a
