By the way, I see that livy use [FilesystemStatestore](https://github.com/apache/incubator-livy/blob/master/server/src/main/scala/org/apache/livy/server/recovery/FileSystemStateStore.scala)(local file system or hdfs file system) to persist the session info. Shared state store is needed for restful api so that we can make the kyuubi server is HA for customer.
