Some user may still want table owner to be `HiveClientImpl#userName` when `HiveClientImpl#userName` is different from Kyuubi Session User. 2. `HiveClientImpl#userName` and Kyuubi Session User are equal in Engine running in CONNECTION/USER share level and in simple Spark Application.
